Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, email support@dogoslot.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancel it.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped within 5–8 business days for U.S. addresses — a total of about 6–11 business days from order to delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use the "Track Your Order" link at the bottom of our site.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at support@dogoslot.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Product Care
Are your blankets and pillow covers machine washable?
Most items are machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. Always check the specific care instructions listed on each product page.
Will the colors fade over time?
Our fabrics are chosen for good color retention when cared for according to the instructions provided, though gradual fading is normal with any washable textile over time.
