Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love the way your DoGoSlot blankets and pillows look and feel in your home. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in the original packaging, with any tags still attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dogoslot.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, we accept returns within the 30-day window as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, decorative pillow inserts and any bedding items that have been used or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email support@dogoslot.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe above, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@dogoslot.com.
