Shipping policy


At DoGoSlot, we know that when you order a new throw blanket or pillow cover, you want it in your home as soon as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): 6–11 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
  • Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@dogoslot.com.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and are always available to help track down a delayed package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DoGoSlot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@dogoslot.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
